Unistalling / Installing a Spoiler

I went with a 91-92 Formula spoiler and I was just curious on how easy it was to replace the old bas model spoiler to this 91-92 formula spoiler. Cause I figured if its not to hard to uninstall and reinstall then I will just have it painted and do it myself.

Make sure that you get the front clips to secure the wraparound part of the spoiler. the rear part is secured with 4 10mm bolts that are located under the plastic trim under the hatch.

Because us oldies (people that have been on here for awhile) are cranky old farts that can't stand when them young punks think they know everything.

Ok, here is the problem. Do I have to drill holes for this thing in order for it to work? The body shop is having a problem trying to figure out how to install it (my 91-92 formula spoiler replacing my 91-92 base spoiler). Anyone have any tips for me so I can tell them what to do? maybe some instructions?

They are installing it now. But they are confused on how it installs because they said its very close to the window and they are not sure how the sides hold on. So does anyone have any experience with this and do I need an install kit or something for the formula spoiler to work with my base model firebird (there the same year) or can someone just give me some instructions on what to tell them? Thanks a bunch.

Ok, looks like there IS an install kit I need. Now would I call the dealership and ask them for the spoiler install kit for a 91 Formula firebird's spoiler?
