Old Camaro Seats Equal New House Seats

i got new racing seats so i obviously had to take my old seats out............well i didnt just wanna junk them so i decided to unbolt the brackets so they would sit flat and now they will be recovered to match my den and turned into two reclining seats to watch some tv in!!!! i thought it was an awesome idea becasue those seats mean so much to me :lala:

well i dont really have any pics but they sit great on the floor. with the brackets removed they dont dig into the carpet the only problem is they will fall backwards if they are leaned back too far. so fold them foward when you get up or have them lean against a wall etc..............im still working on a way to stop that.

o yea............so what if its *******!!!! i drive a thirdgen camaro :lala:

well if you left the brackets on, you havethe brackets um.... all the way back they can be leaned on at any angle and wont fall. I loved mine and will love them even more when i get my racing seats to replace them.

thats true however for one my brackets were broken and for two i didnt really want to take the time to try to cover them up and make them look nice. so i just took them off. but if yours still worked and you made a cover to go around the base of the seats to cover them then im sure it would look great.
