*** why do we hafta deal with people like that. People like that ruin a great thing for everyone else...I think they should be put on board probation for messing up Rex's great generosity by pulling a stupid stunt!

i dont think we need to ban him/her however make their name public (humiliation reasons, scam reasons) and do not allow them to participate in any more raffles. FAIR to everyone

why not build in some sort of device that deletes any duplicate entries (by email address & username)
and people will need >5 posts to win, or something...
for example, I could enter everyone's information in twice, and it'll automatically disqualify them, if you DQ anyone who has entered more than once... if you allow only the FIRST entry to count, and delete any others, then no harm can come of that

I agree with everyone else also.
He cant sign up for ANY future giveaways. and post who it was.
How the hell would he like to come home to 75 of the same e-mails from the same person if he/she was giving something away or selling something.
I bet he/she would be a little pissed off about it.

sounds like a good idea because some people have mistakingly entered twice......but 78!!! c'mon someones trying to look a gift horse in the mouth
Remember, he sends you an e-mail saying that your registration has been accepted.....
So if someone else has signed you up 78 times, The honest thing to do would be to e-mail Rex saying to delete all previous entries after the first....

Rule # 2.
Please only one entry per person. Please don’t spam ASCD with multiple entries as they will be deleted. Even if you make a mistake on your entry form, PLEASE ONLY ENTER ONCE.

It doesn't look like this is going to go anywhere, so I'm locking it. If you wanna post the person's username Rex, PM me and I can re-open it.
