I have a hood set aside to do the reverse cowl Just getting the time to do it now is my main problem. Rex

 

have you looked at the boards lately. that damn carbon fiber hood gets more requests then anything out there, you make the time to build that thing or something similar and i doubt you'll keep them long enough to set one on the shelf. the demands there, make the supply...

 

We arew just finishing up a street rod project . I will try and start this after that project is done. Hope fully be able to start the design the first of the coming week if all goes as planned Rex

Hey Rex, you ever find that hood scoop you were lookinf for that resembled the C4 type hood? I dunno if you remember our e-mails a while ago...

 

I think I sold that mold when I sold all of my corvette parts. I have not noticed having any scoops around but I will keep a eye out for it. Rex

I would LOVE to see a C5 style hood for the 85-90 T/A's. I am trying to figure out how something like that would look with all 4 GTA vents in it. If anyone has some time to kill in photoshop.....C5 hood bubbles & GTA vents.

rex any updates on a new style hood?

also, what are the chances of having a replica iroc hood reproduced in fiberglass.....how much say if a small order was ran of say 20 hoods for a personal project if your company didn't want to mass produce them?

they make an rs hood but not an iroc......many more people would rather have an iroc/z28 style. build it rex and they will come...
