That color looks really good actually. Sort of a sunset orange (as mentioned). But I am seeing a goldish tint to it. So that means one thing. Black. Use that color with black and you will have one sweet a$$ ride.

I would be very surprised if you could find a painter that could match that color, you would have to do it in a kandy process, using a gold base, translusent color, and clear, so you are talking 5-6 for a pant job like that. Plus you would probably have to use pearl in the clear coat to achive the look. Man I just don't see how you would get that color, with it looking that metalic. I have seen metal flake paint that looked kinda like it, on a boat, but ...
I guess you could have the car coated in gold leaf, if your pockets are deap enough.
You can get the eye droper tool in photoshop and select the color and then get the RGB or CYMK color combination that might help the painter.
It would be a cool color for flames, or raceing stripe or ground effects on a black car, I doubt I would do a whole car in it though.

I was at my local paintshop and saw a color almost exactly like that. They had a bunch of kamelion color models, and one of them was that strange orangish... almost exactly. So to get it done, check one of those kamelions.
