this is relatively appearance rated.

i'm looking for measurements of the following ride heights and relations. measuring the front what is the distance in inches from the bottom of the fender to the top of the rubber on your tire with the following ride heights

a. stock lowmileage springs "lifted" or stock look.

b. eibach pro-kit or comparable 1 1/2" drop from stock look.

c. eibach sportline or comparable 2" drop from stock look.

also if anyone has the time the same inch measurement in the rear would be nice as well.

thanks in advance...

i have eibach sportlines , and from the top of the tire to the fender i have 1 3/16 gap. Is that what your asking for or do you want the distance from the floor to fender.

nope....you have it right. that's the front right? from the bottom of the fender to the top of the rubber on the tire. basically what you can fit your hand through is the gap you measure.

what about the back?

thanks.

the back is 2 1/2 and its that high i think because of the chrysler 8 3/4 rear end , the rear end axle tubes are thicker and i think we got them a little higher than they should have been , but i dont know this for a fact,But i am going to lower it more ,im gonna cut a 1/4 coil off .

I have low mile RS springs on my 'bird (no hood but, the weight of the hood wouldn't add but 1/8" drop max). The difference in front weight between the 2 cars is negligible.
Top of the tire to fender is 2 7/8" (150k mi springs on my RS, 2" tire to arch)

Shouldn't we be listing tire size also? If not the measurements could be skewed.. I guess it's close enough not to worry, because I can't think of another way to measure it..

Got around to measuring mine.

92 TA
245/50-16 Crapinentals
KONI Yellows
Ground control weight jack kit, 750#-F 200#-R

F&R 1.25"

Rears are at full low on the adjuster. Fronts are set to match. I'll be removing the rear rubber spring cushion and will probably set the rears to .75".. And match the fronts. The fronts still have PLENTY of adjustment.
