I agree with you 100%. I can't figure out whether I like it or not. The skirts are horrible, but the top is cool. I find it hard to believe that it was in Street Rodder magazine, as that mag doesn't feature any cars built after 1950 or so. It was probably in the background of a 32 Ford picture.

I dont understand why the import crowd with the civics, etc don't chop the tops. Fbodies and stuff, IMO, don't need it... but some of those economy oriented cars.. if they chopped the top it would help out the stance a LOT. Proportion is a good thing.. and I think the guy in the auction went too far. *shrug*

Def not a ZR1 motor... unless the dohc stuff is somehow camoflauged to look like regular valve covers heheh. Dunno if you can put just the intake on though... no idea.

Says its an L98, but the badge pic says 349 HO... like it's something different, who knows.

That thing is awesome! I'd buy it, remove the bird decal, throw some clean rims on it, and install a hi-rise Camaro spoiler on the back.

That would be sooooo sweet.

I dunno I think I hit my head enough lol. The skirts would be nice for long trips for less drag I guess and having a little lower roof line does look pretty sweet I guess I would have to sit in it and see if I can stand it, being 6' 5" can get a little hard lol. Interesting hood and light combo I wish we could talk to the guys that built this car. and ya that def looks like a cover for a TPI intake.

To me it looks like the took an old Pontiac block before they went to the sbcs and just modded it. Now sure about that intake design, probably a cover over whatever they decided to use for an intake.

I remember seeing that years ago... Always thought it looked weird. Can't decide if I like the overall thing; there are things I don't like and things I do.
