Any time man!!

You could get lucky and find one at junkyard or swap meet/classified for cheap and just paint it gloss black.

I took my stock one and redid it gloss black with red "Camaro "letters

lol HEY! back of the sLO3 .. I had actually just gotten a new rear put in that my mechanic claimed was a posi.. then I go to do burnouts and well... .. it was only like $50 for the rear.. and my car had been sitting with a broken axel for a few months.. so I was just happy to be driving my grill has been painted body color since then too I had a post here somewhere..

i just put the bowtie one on my 86 and it looks nice. I put mesh on the sides and painted the mesh black with fusion paint. A few tips are that its not a direct replacement for the stocker. you gotta drill new mounting holes for the two holes one each side and the top holes are a little further out than the original holes. For those just take the metal hole clip thats there and move it out a lil to get it to match up. Also when i put mine in there was about a half inch gap on the top. I painted any metal in that gap with the fusion paint and it turned out nice.
