My buddy just got his iroc back from paint yesterday. The painter messed up and painted the mirrors a flat black just like his headlight buckets.......his car is white. The thing is he desided he actually liked them that way and took his car home like that.

He called me up and I went over to his house and was actually surprised how nice the car actually looked with them that way. They really went well with the headlight buckets. Had a newer look to the car.



Anybody else actually have black mirrors on a none black car?

 

i remember seeing a white camaro with black mirrors on here a while ago. looked pretty good!

 

plenty are black....lots of reds have em...my 86 sc has them and it was originally maroon

 

ive seen a few on here with black mirrors and then a black spoiler.Soits not something totally out of the wild.

well I just got my car back from the paint shop today...and this morning they painted my mirrors same color as the car....so I guess Im no longer in the Black mirror club :shrug:

my friend recently bought a 91Z clone that is white with red stripes and the mirrors are also red. it looks pretty cool to me. Maybe black mirrors and a-pillars would look good on my T/A when it's painted Platinum. Food for thought
