Why do all the guests on the Car Domain register say, "You need to come to my site and look at my car!"
Sheesh. That has annoyed me forever now.
Oh... off topic. The car looked pretty sweet before you took it apart. When it's back together, it oughta be, ummm... SWEETER!

Finally!! Ive been waiting to see pics....they look nice, I just wish you had them with the car sitting on the ground so I can see how well your backspacing fit. Do they still tuck under the fenders?.....awesome rims man, now I gotta go spend all that money on em

Im going to test fit the rims on a buddys car this weekend to check for fitment Ill let you guys know how they fit after I do, I was gonna fit them on the car the night I took the pics but I forgot my lug nuts and the car is out at a buddys shop
, as far as the color Im using a dupont tangier orange base coat and I will be adding a gold pearl mid coat, I might not do the pearl depending If I like how it turns out or not, The sail panel and my headliner are both flamed all I did was draw out the design then used 1/4 foam traced the design cut it then shaved the edges at a 45, The guy that is doing the body work has helped me alot , he showed me how to do the sail panels and he did all the work on the headliner I just made the design. Thanx for all the comments. Ill keep you guys updated. O and the cost of the wheels was 2674.00 shipped thats with the tires mounted and balanced and with chrome lugs

look two posts above yours.....the only thing I noticed that I dont like about them....and Im not gonna like about mine when I get them is how they really show how small the stock brakes are...unfortunatly after spending that much on rims I wont have the money or the desire to buy c-5 or baer brakes Senior Member

Camaroguy- same here... after dropping all that dough I don't feel like spending a bunch more on brakes especially when my car stops good. But the rims really show how small the brakes are.

I think Im going to get some brake shields to give a nice clean look and you wont see the brakes at all because the small brakes are really bothering me too.

how big do those go....I'd be interested in seeing some pics because even though it may hide the brakes, it wouldnt help if the shields themselves look gaudy

I emailed sport truck and they sent me a company that makes some nice ones in an 18 but I think Im only going to be able to use a 16 and Ill have to modify it because of how the air valve is set back into the wheel, the reason im only going to use a 16 is because there is a ridge on the backside of the rim that prevents me from using any thing bigger, its almost like the rim steps from and 18 then where the spoke starts is about 17 and then theres a ridge thats 16.

Ok I put the wheels on my buddys 86 iroc this weekend and o man did they look nice
With a drop they are gonna look really nice the only thing I8m gonna have to change is Im going to need to roll the rear fender lip I dont think it will rub but its to close for comfort so Im going to do it while the car is in primer.I took pics but the film didnt turn out becuase it was on a pos disposable camera and I took back up pics on the digital but my dad lost the stupid cord to get them from the camera to the computer, so Ill see what I can do to get them posted.
