Pic of 4 3/4 Unlimited P. cowl on my 92Z

A while back i said i would post some pics of my 86 to 91-2 Z28 conversion with the unlimited products 4 3/4 cowl hood. It fit almost perfect with little sanding. I am very happy overall.

Looks good man!

I'm getting my car repainted real soon, can't decide if I want a cowl or SS hood. I have a set of 91-92 ground effects for my '87 Z28, can't wait to get all this done.

The ground effects went on pretty easily, i just had to drill holes fro them. I did this before too this same car was first changed into a 86-90 z28 with 16in Irocs. Then i decided i didn't like it so i went 91-92 with all the fiberglass goodies. I am also updating the interior. i ran into a set of 90 iroc power seats out of a (garaged!) 88 iroc to put in there.

I am planning on getting it painted either bright orange or the purple color found on 91-92. mystic pearl purple? i have no clue what it's called. I'll post some pics of my car as an original 86 standard camaro also. just to show how it changed.

here is a bad picture of my camaro. It was the only one i had of it before i changed the body. the only thing different was the 275/60/15's in rear vs the 205/50/15's in front.

Dude that is what my **** looks like, damn i wish i had a picture of the body..

here is the motor --

dude, what do i have to get to make it look like that? I think im going to get a 6" Cowl hood (think i can see over that?) i need to get that blower tucked under the hood and still be cool. What ground effects do u have? i think im going to sit it down on welds though..

thanks.. looks great.

I'll tell you what bro, I normally don't like the physical appearance of the Camaro's but man I love you car. I say go w/ that mystic purple. It is such an awesome color that looks only good on the Camaro's. Congrats on your installations man it looks killer. Good luck w/ the next stage.

blown355... i have 91-92 ground effexts. i got the sides and back from Trans Am Creations. I bought the all the front end parts from the dealer. i get everything at wholesale so it was cheaper than repro. I bought a wrecked 85 iroc for parts, i had some of the ground effects on, but i liked these better.

by the way, i have trouble seeing out front, but i have some power seats to put in that lift up and down, so maybe that'll help.. and i'm 6ft-2

Damn, its hard for u too see?!??!

hehe, i just ordered (last week) a 5" cowl for my mustang, and i was going to get a 6" for the camaro due to the blower sticking out of the hood.. hmm.. maybe ill think about a different route then..

all i know is your car looks killer man, good job.
