i think it could be fixxed but take alot of time and theres a reasons its BEEPED up cause it has 205's on it put some more rubber on there and curb will nevr hit rim
i used a grinder w/ a metal thin disc grinder and i was able to fix all of my curb rash that ws on the car when i bought it. you just have to either take the tire off and do it or be real carful not to hit the tire at all. Do it slow and it will come out looking almost perfect and be careful not to hit anything else besides the bad spots. it actually only took me about 20 minutes per rim, but mine werent that bad and im a perfectionist. if you could get the rims for cheap i think they would be worth it to try reparing. if you need any other help w/ them let me know.

Thanks guys, I guess I just dont want to take too much metal off that lip, so much that its noticeable over stock.
86irocboss, do you have some pics of your wheels before and after you fixed them??

Fixed, sure... maybe not you.. but shops can built the edges back up I've heard... but you won't be sanding that down and having them look factory, no. You can get it smooth and not nearly as noticable, but the lip will be like 1/2 the size.

That IS MINIMAL damage
I took an IROC wheel to a local wheel shop, there was literally a chunk of aluminum missing, they repaired it for $130 Canadian.
so YES thats EASILY repairable, in fact id estimate $80-$90 to fix it. And that includes a complete REFINISHING of the wheel.

lars-
i have pics of them and am currently looking for my cable to transfer them from the digital camera to the comp. i will find it and post them for you. it does make the lip smaller, but if you gradually fade it into the rest of the rim you cant notice it very much. if someone gets down and stares at em, sure you ll notice some difference, but at a look you wont tell the difference
