Dirty Tail Light

My tailights are pretty clean and not cracked or anything...but the red reflection strip that goes on the bottom of the tailights has a few dirty spots from within the lens im guessing bc i cant take it off...is there anyway to fix this...im a bit of a perfectionist and at night you can see how its not glowing and reflecting as nicely as the other tail light lens

any ideas or advice?

I was thinking about trying to gently pry off the lens off of the tail light and cleaning it from the inside and using a decent polish on the bare lens themselves but i hear its hard to do with the adhesive and easy to screw up

I dunno about bird lights, but I can take the rear tail lights off my Camaro and then take out the bulbs and kinda reach the lense. Never really tried prying it all apart but it should work. If someone can put it together, you can take it apart.

I know the 91/92 TA lights can have the reflecter strip removed, but I'm not sure how easy it can be reattached.

Honestly, as easy as it is to polish them, I would just polish the whole thing.
