New photos of my high mileage 1988 Pontiac Trans Am GTA *may 14, 2005*
Hello all, I took some photos of my Canadian 1988 Pontiac Trans Am GTA today with my crappy digital camera. The paint of my car looks like orange on the pictures, but it's the original bright red paint... 
If I can find some more cash, I will buy a new camera soon enough. One that doesn't change the colors hehe. 
The car have not been washed by hand since last fall... The day I put the car off the road for winter, I washed and waxed it. So that's why it's not that bad.

I don't know, the emblems been replaced at the wrong places and I don't have the nose emblem. I will try to relocate them in the future.
I bought the car like this, the previous owner told me it never been in an accident, so I wonder what's wrong?

WaOnFiRe... that car is probably right around 100k miles (just a rough guestimate), which isn't high mileage by any means relative to thirdgens. there are numerous cars deep into the 100k's, and my bird actually just rolled over 209k
. anyways.. that gta looks like a well maintained original example, good stuff.. be sure to keep 'er out of the sun/snow as much as possible! Thread Starter

90firebird: I switched my digital dash to miles instead of km... It show 116k miles.
My GTA was well maintained, and I still do. It's just the nose emblem that is missing and the side ones are not at the correct places... It never been repainted so I wonder why they have been moved. the bird on the side are in the right places...
I think the other guy was thinking I had a normal T/A, I didn't realized it.
I do have the RPO Y84 for GTA...

I will surely get better pics in a couple of weeks with another digital cam. Hope I will get better results!
