Pics of some minor changes...

havent posted pix of my ride on here in a while. took off the mudflaps and i admit car does look better w/o them even tho i used to say otherwise had the TYPE S seat covers and floormats but they started to fade so i tossed those and went with regular mats from Advance. still lookin for new covers that will match the seat color. interior looks so much cleaner now. also had really old tint on the back window so took that off and put new 5%. also i just finished installing a rear view mirror with the map lights on it. my old mirror had lights but the wires were cut for some reason. and i have new door locks on the way to replace my faded ones and soon gonna change the stock radio and go with a new system and speakers.

its funny now that i dont drive my car that much i wanna do more to it and make it look better than ever.

Car looks good as usual, but those exhaust tips seem to stand out too much in that first pic, but its prob just the angle it was shot at. By the way, what is your screen name all about? Ive been trying to decipher it for years but could never figure it out

Looks awesome. About the mudflaps though, how exactly were they mounted?--(were holes drilled in the mudflaps that would match where the bolts are in the wheel well, or were different holes drilled in the wheel well for the mudflaps?) I got some nice GM camaro mudflaps to go on my car but im not sure how i want to mount them. I really dont want to drill any holes in the inside of the wheel well but it might be the best way...

Nice car, I also want to know if you have 5% all the way around. I also have mud flaps the chrome style and they were installed with self tapping screws. They were there when I bought the car but when I get it painted they are gone. They look ok, but unnecessary holes around water could be bad.

Thats what im worried about... Im a freak about my car and i mean having GFX is bad enough when it comes to trapping water but i dont want to add to potential rust enviornments by making something that may let water sit against the body. If i decide to go no mudflaps its all good because i got them at the dealer for $10 (yea 10..the guy said theyd been sitting around so long hed give me a huge discount).

I suppose if you really wanted to install them you could use small rubber washers and some silicone. But since they were on my car when I bought it and I had no choice about it I would not have done it. I was in a yard full of rocks and up hill last week so I had to punch it to get out. The passenger side chrome mud flap is now all bent and I need to remove them which leaves me with holes just waiting for moisture to get in. I kinda like them but after paint I will not put them back.

lol

thanx for the compliments. about the tint, its only 5% on the back. the sides have 15%.

i had to drill holes on the mudflaps to match holes that were already on the body. they are small so its ok. i used the set of screws that came with the flaps.

i really need to update my cardomain page. i havent put a single new pic in there in prolly a year. with today being a nice day i might go and take a crapload of new pix.

Needs some wheels and to loose that hair scruncie on the shifter

Looks good, theres a spot in my heart for 91-92 birds, i'd keep the seat covers off, and get some 18's black with a polished lip and you couldnt beat it.

ANd great choice taking off the flaps

Mudflaps are a personal preference but it kinda makes sense on a Formy seeing how the lines are so clean.

Another nice bird.
