10'' wide ROH RT's??

I am getting some 18'' x 10'' wide ROH RT's, but I am really worried that they will stick out in the rear!! Does anyone have a 10'' wide ROH rim that can chime in here?? I know a few guys here have Drift R's, how is the fit? I really want to have the rear tires just inside the quarter lip(it is rolled though). I have a thirdgen rear end and the wheels will be ROH's thirdgen offset.

Do you know what the offset or the backspacing is? If these are correct, you shouldn't have a problem.

I think the backspacing is 5.5?? I am awful with this whole backspacing thing, I don't really understand how it is measured. I know questions like this come up all the time, but searching did not really give me the answers I was looking for.

depending on tires you can push the backspacing in a little to 5.5 in the rear but they will stick out a lot

i mounted 15x10 prostars on my car and they stuck out so i went with the 15x8's and im still gonna throw some fat rubber on there

I had 17 x 9's and they did'nt stick out at all, but I am thinking the 10's might.

17x11s on the rear. All he did was a little roll on the fender to get 11s to work, I bet you could get 10s in there with the right backspacing:https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=230160

10" width not sticking out: 'CrazyHawaiian', 'CarNDrvr', and a few others

This will help: http://www.4crawler.com/Diesel/Tires.shtml#WHEELS
I understood when I read this page. For a long time, I didn't know what I was looking for and I didn't know the difference between offset and backspacing.

i guess it depends what tires you are mounting also.... I was going to be working with 26inch tall and 11.5inch wide tires at the time so i couldn't realy push the backspacing that far in.

it can be done

10" wide with a 5.5" backspacing means the offset is right around 13mm with a frontspacing of 4.5"

basically
stock 16" gta wheel sits at 16mm offest with 4.63" backspc and 3.37" frontspc and fits in the well nicely

you have about 2-3" of extra backspacing available to further tuck the tires without rubbing depending on how low your cars sits and size of wheel its easy to measure

you should be just fine without any spacer if your information is accurate

If it's 5.5 backspacing then your tires will sit about flush to the top edge of your fender.
