professional photographers ROCK! 56K take a hike...

me and my buddy Mike, who owns a '96 SS, had a REAL photographer named John Potts take some snaps of our cars at a local Church and an automotive Foundry. i think he did an outstanding job

He did an awesome job indeed! Are those the full-res versions?

Good to see you got some clear markers as well, your car is really looking sweet bro.

Wow! glad I could be the first one to say that does rock! Man he is awesome and his photoshop skills are amazing! Thats so awesome you have those great pics of your cars. Looks like something for a Camaro promotion.

Also, I love the way you took the pinstripes off on the side looks cleaner.

shots like that are very easy to do if you have a camera that you can manually set, none of those crappy auto ones. I do a ton of car photography (and photography in general) and having a nice camera is such a change from an auto one.

I'm old school and use film too

Very nice cars!!

Nice pics, but it looks like it rides higher in the front than the back? Remove the windsheild decal and get some real power under the hood to back up those looks and you'll have a sweet car!

it is the stock suspension so sure it doesn't ride really low, but also take into consideration the camera angle. he had it on a tripod about a foot and a half off the ground

i'm ordering Eibach lowering springs this summer though

once again, it's the camera angle i think. and i like the windshield banner, it goes with the red center caps and red bowtie on the grill

i have a L98 block i'm rebuilding this summer and it will get dropped into the vert

i know a bunch of people give you flack about that windshield banner but i kinda like it. and i like what your doing with the red accents to me it helps the apperance of the car alot... but your car is gourgous regardless, but your doing a great job on it man keep up the good work.

haha it's kinda funny really...people tell me to remove the banner and get different color center caps like black or something, but then they tell me to do the red turn signal mod on my tail lights...i dont get it

Cars look great, buildings look nice, but not together. And the vertical wrought iron railings coming up out of the windshield in the first photo is pure distraction. Who took these pictures? Sorry, guess it's my turn to be Simon Cowell.

ahhh...i c..a guy goes and picks up a digital camera and thinks he's a professional... i can only say this bcuz my father IS a photographer and has been for about 40 years... he has a nikon d70 that's a 6-6.2 mp camera (might of been what that guy used) and it's his joke camera... just bcuz u pick up a camera and editing prog doesn't make u professional

idunno...the scenery just doesn't seem to match up with the cars
the cars look great tho....they kick a$$

hey, i dont think it's really necesary to bash on the photographer...he did NOT just pick up a camera and be like "hey i think i'm gonna be a pro at this..." he has been taking pictures for a VERY long time. the spot we took pics at wasn't our first pick, there was another place we wanted to go to but it was closed so that wasn't his fault.

the guy has been taking photographs for a long time, and i can get more pictures that he's taken to prove it to you if you guys really are going to dog him like this...i think it's kind of stupid. i posted these pictures b/c i was excited to have an extremely talented individual take photos of my car. the bashing is unecessary

us guys wasn't bashing him..I WAS...sorry if it offends u....u sed u didn't pay for it. don't know y it would offend u...next time if u do pay him i would hold out for your first choice in location...and if u want good "in your hand" pictures, tell him to get a medium format camera with some good filters, nothing comes close to the resolution...

hey man...it's the cars that matter anyway here and they r fricken sweet...i guess i DO take personal offence to digital being thought of as "pro" but o well

yea i think it's kinda rediculous to bash a guy for his awesome pictures. it offends ME b/c he's a fellow club member.

the guy uses a Canan 300D rebel, it's a pretty good camera, and i'm totally psyched at how they turned out along with countless of other people. i just can't figure out why you gotta bash the guy for his good work. John is a very talented photographer...
