Whats the best size tire and rim that will fit on these cars, also any opinion on which rims I should get for my 82 Z28.

 

I think 17 X 9.5 all the way around looks the best.

 

What type of rims look the best, the Z06 rims?

 

17X9.5 in the back with a smaller width in the front...you dont need 9.5" wide wheels in the front

 

17's definetly!...anything biggers starts to look goddy if you ask me

 

ive got 17x8's with 245/45/17 tires they look really nice to me i just wish the backs were wider but it doesnt bother me as much as it bothers most people around here. you can see them in the sig.

maroon88iroc where did you get your rims?

 

I would check if a 17x9 wheel would fit the front with a P275/40R17, and a 17x11 on the rear with a P315/35R17. The fat 315 will look awesome on the back. Just my opinion.

These two tire sizes are 25.8" in diameter which is the same as the P245/50R16s.

 

I would go for 18's all around. with 275 in the back and 245 in front.

 

I have 18x8 fronts and 18x10 rear....love them to death

 

295 in the rear and 275 up front 18x10.5 and 18x9.5 Z06's.
