MAACO Paint jobs

I want to see some MAACO paint jobs, good and bad. How long did it last. Also anyone got interior pictures, did they overspray when the doorjams got painted?

Actually some maaco shops do decent paint jobs. 3 of my family cars are painted by Maaco and all look the same day they were painted.

The only thing I don't like is that they DO get overspray on things . Just remind them before they paint it. My maaco here screwed me over so beware.

I just got my car painted there, will have pics up ASAP.

They did a fairly good job, just a bit much overspray (which I cleaned myself, didnt take too long) and there's a little imperfection on the passenger door which they are gladly fixing on monday

BE READY TO CLEAN THE OVERSPRAY. IF YOU RESEARCH THE SHOP AND SEE FINISHED JOBS YOU SHOULD BE OKAY. CHECK MY CAR OUT. ALSO KNOW YOUR WARRENTY AND BE READY TO USE IT IF NEEDED.

Macco sucks! personaly I think you would be better off to prep the car yourself. I have seen many macco paint jobs, very few I liked. The cars I have seen done by macco always have a lot of over spray ,and almost every ding ,or rock chips is still their after being painted.
If you are very picky about your car you wont be happy with a macco paint job. I have seen them tape around a $30 sticker because they do not put new ones on ,unles you get it yourself. You will also have to use there paint, which is a very cheep grade of paint.

i just bought a car with a maaco paint job. you can see every little thing that wasn't smoothed out in prep. from a distance (couple feet) it looks great, except where the big tree branch pushed in the roof.

They did a crappy job on my car. The paint just flakes off of the flexable bumpers. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate being poor. They were the only ones that could paint my car for a cheap price!!

Check out the pics in my yahoo photo album in my sig. In the other link, the pictures were touched up by the guy who made the site, so they don't look the same.

Later,
Jesse
