Finally time for some NEW wheels..
Well it's finally time for a new set of rims. I've settled for my stock 15's long enough, now I'm ready for something new. I'm pretty open to suggestions and I'd love to throw a set of TT2's on my car but I'd like to be a little bit different. I am leaning strongly towards the Firehawk wheels in either chrome or standard aluminum. I think the chrome is a little too much for my car but anyways, here are a few pictures I photoshoped. Let me know what you think or suggest me a set of wheels.

Keep in mind that if you go with a wheel that has thinner spokes you're going to see the brakes more. Which is going to look ridiculous behind big wheels, and you'll be spending money on big brakes shortly after.

Looking at your car and what you've done to it so far, there's no doubt that whatever wheel you choose will be a very good choice.
I love chrome, but it's not necessarily right for all colors and schemes. And I agree with you here that it might not be the best choice for yours.
The standard machined Firehawks would definitely look good on your car.
Another choice you might consider, that few cars can wear well that I think yours could, is a black wheel with a polished or machined lip.

Your color is really hard to pick wheels for, 1. No chrome. Your gonna need some Black or grey in the wheel.
Maybe gun metal c6 z06's
black gta wheels

Coys Wheel and tire makes a tt2 looking wheel that is pretty cool, and can be bought with silver spokes. Coy's Custom Wheel & Tire
Just thought it might be cool to do a little different wheel than everybody on here has, especially since your car looks nothing like anyone elses. Nice work with the paint and sub enclosure BTW.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I like the Coys rims alot and they are decently priced too. I haven't eliminated the TT2's yet, but they are in line behind the Ronals and the Coys. I can't decide just yet, choosing wheels isn't easy!

Glad to hear that you like the coys wheels, I thought that they look great and the color would really compliment your paint. If your go that route make sure your are at least doing 17", but I think 18" would be best!

I think I have decided on these:

They offer them in 17x7, 17x8, 18x8, and 18x9.5 with 4, 4.5 bs. The 18x9.5's are offered in 5, 5.5 bs. Any suggestions on sizes, backspacing or tire size would be appreciated.

firehawks look good, but i always thought they kinda looked like truck and suv wheels, dont know theyre big. and if you do get firehawks, dont go with the chrome ones. i think GTA's would look good, but that might not be your thing.

I ordered my rims this afternoon. I ended up going with the 18x8's all the way around. I figured the price difference with tires between the 18x8's and 18x9.5's in the rear as well as 18x8's all the way around. Coy's gave me a great deal on the 18x8's, so I went with those. I have read 245/40/18 is the preferred size but I am thinking of going with a 45 series sidewall. I haven't decided if I want the same width all the way around or wider in the rear, so many choices!! By the way, I highly recommend Coy's Wheels so far. Their customer service was great and they were very cooperative. The wheels should be here in 5 days.

Coys used to be a local shop out here in CO, and they were very cool when they were here. They sure have stepped up an bunch now that they are designing their own wheels. Those 18x8's will look very nice, but I would stay with a 40 series tire. NICE JOB!
