It's ALMOST finished

I get to pick up my car on wednesday. I talked to the body shop guy and his compressor puked on him, so he is gonna buy a new one and spray the front bumper, hood, trunk/spoiler, and the driver quarter panel. The thing should look pretty slick when it's done, much better than the oxidation it had before :rotf:

nope

the driver quarter panel had 2 creases in it, and a pretty long scratch that took off the clear coat. and the hood and trunk were oxidizing so bad that the only way to fix it was to completely strip them and repaint them. and then i had him do the front bumper because it's got a spiderweb in it and the headlight buckets faded a little bit and aren't as glossy as i'd like them to be

maybe next year when a full paint job is within my budge i might bust out the secret idea i've been pondering about lately.

i think it'd be cool to get a set of BLACK CHROME Zr1's, and have the car painted a scarlet metallic color, like a deeep deeeep dark cherry red, like black cherry. that'd be sweet i think
