Thank you for the compliment.I've only had my camera a couple months and finally loaded the software on my computor(which I had to piece together after it crashed)this week.I'll have to snap more of underhood and the interior.I wish I had the camera when I first got her last year. She was in good overall shape just neglected and missing a few parts.

LOL same here only pics I got were from before I got the car and theres only 4 pics. My car was a POS and still is HAHA, But I have put alot of $$ into it and its tons better. I agree with bj350hp about the door molding I would take it off, but they do protect the door so yeah.

Your car is already hot, IMHO, just the way it is! I'd leave it in its current classic state if I were you. In fact, your car looks a lot like my 84 Z28 (pix in sigblock link below, click on 'More Pix'). I love the gold-tone wheels and ground effects on your car, hope you don't get all on fire to change it... JM02

First I want to thank everyone for the compliments. They are very much appreciated.83-84Z28 your's is very sharp and you're right very similar to mine. The black wheel accents are a nice touch. And a black car is tough to pull off(your's too bj350hp thank you). And Red90IROC your '84 is whay I'm aiming for eventually. It's nice to see another light colored early 3rd(it's hard to tell but mine is 59 beige). The body side moldings do break the lines.I'm going to stay with this style but I may body color them sometime in the future. And thank you for the
91greenbird for the CFI.She's does run very well. Here's a few more pictures of underhood(I've changed to factory dual fans and upgraded the ignition and K&N's - which you can't see)And the interior was in good shape, except for needing a good cleaning(although I've not done as good a job of cleaning as many I've seen on here) and a clean used dashboard pad.I've done that and added '92 Firebird seats I got for a great deal from another member of the board(big comfort improvement and it's amaxing how close the color is to the '83 doeskin).Underneath I've swapped the 32mm front bar to a hollow 36mm and added a TDS "wonderbar".Along with poly bushings and new struts/shocks.The amazing thing is she still has the factory dual muffler exhaust with just surface rust. And by the overall condition of the paint she must have spent most of her life in a garage or at least covered.

My front seats,as stated before, were oddballs so I bought a '92 Firebird seat set because I thought the odds of finding the correct front seats(then finding the doeskin cloth to go on them was very slim). But thank you to Swim500 for the front seats and rear seatback I now have my interior back to original.I have more cleaning to do but I think she looks really good now.Opinions please.

Streetroc thank you and I do plan on keeping her CFI.A good running LU5 is few and far between and there's potential there to be had.Just takes extra work to bring out the potential.
And thank you Fastrnu she does look white in the pictures.I hadn't really noticed till you pointed it out.But she's actually code 59 beige.I have to be different all the way I guess and obviously with the doeskin interior to boot.
Only thing now is I have to exorcise my power antenna but I guess it's that time of the year.

Great looking CFI 83. My 82 originally had the cfi but it just never worked right at all. So I ditched it and three motors later....
