I Want to see 91-92 Firebirds!!!!

Lets face it...the 91-92 Birds are the best looking thirdgens out there. So if you have one put a pic of it here.

Not that I dont like other years and the Camaro, it is just that you always see WAY more Camaros on here than Birds

IMO i think the 91-92 bird were not the birds best looking days.I think the best looking birds are 85-90.Maybe its cause we both own different year cars but everyone likes something different.Anyways love the bird and yep there are way too many camaros out there.

I've always liked the "Banshee" front ends of the 91-92 'birds. Especially on the Formulas. It was a deciding factor for me as to what kind to get.

Firebircl, Lord Dragon-- You guys have the best looking paint I've seen in awhile. Do you use Zaino polish?

Actually I use Meguiars Wax and Quick Detailer when its starting to wear off. Looks rather good in my opinion. BTW PhantomChamp, your images arent working for me, I think its because you dont have the .bmp extension on them.

Good looking cars guys.

Do you guys know if they make blackouts for the front of the 91-92's. Just curious cause I might convert to that front end.

PS

LordDragon's looks bad as hell. That paint is just like glass.

Do the v6's have a different front end? It looks like it has smaller openings. Are there different front ends for with or w/o foglaps or just different backing plates?

Thanks guys!

The paint in my picture is the original paint. Of course about a week after that picture was taken, my car was backed into just after the tranny shop pulled it outside to wait for me. 450 in damage to the front nose cone, does actually look better now though and since hs insurance paid everything I'm not very upset Thanks for the compliment btw.

I think they look like stretched Ford Probes, but let's not start a flame war, shall we?

I've never heard of or seen blackouts for the front of the banshee's, but check out VHT Nightshades spray. The stuff rocks. Do it carefully, and you won't be disappointed.

Dammit, I want to post a picture of my car, but I just don't know how. I don't have a URL to host the picture, which I guess you need.

I don't know why my pictures don't always work. They are actually jpeg's, but when I try different browsers, sometimes they work and sometimes not. I'm going to work on a website for it soon, then I'll just post the link. I REALLY hope the "Featured Rides" board will be up soon so images can be stored directly on the thirdgen.org server.

For 91-92, the Formulas got a slightly different front end. No fog lights and black grilles in the noseholes on the beak. That plus the "power Bulge" hood. I have a power bulge beer gut. HA!

I appen o like my bumper guards!!! I recently went very far out of my way t get them. Before I bought my 88, it was in a ront end bender, so it had the nose fron an 84 TA, with the rectangular vents, blech. But I got my bumper guards now, so I'm happy.

about the blackouts. GTS made them for the front ends. i have them on my v6. and yes the size is different. oh and by the way. it will be rather hard to find the blackouts because they discontinued them a while ago.

beautiful cars, guys. I have some new wallpaper thanks to this thread. Please, take good care of your rides... they don't make them this good looking anymore, and the 91/92 birds are both the best looking thirdgen birds and the rarest too.

VERT? I've heard several of nicknames for convertibles - ragtops, droptops, roadsters, etc. Vert is new to me. No disrespect but it's not a particular good one. Especially if your convertible happens to be green, since "vert" in French means "green."

Couldn't have said it better myself MrJ. Hey guys... This thread takes so long to load from all the photo posts, that I'm gonna continue it (since I'm sure that there are more great looking 91-92 'Birds out there that would like to be seen.

So let's keep it going!!
