$2500, the guy was way out outside of Dallas so, he had it listed for 3. After a bunch of no shows by callers, I showed up with 2500 and took it off his hands. Rebuilt l98 with about 110k on the Engine altogether (10 on the rebuild). Rebuilt stock tranny with 5k on it, 3.73 rear. Very clean car, needs some cosmetics of course. Stock except the exhaust. Receipts for it all. Ex marine, Good guy, Clean car. I'm happy, drove it 2 hours home with a grin.

I had a used 2003 passat with 40k lined up too haha, I saw this and jumped on it. No new Passat for now I guess.

Nice looking car! I just got myself an 87 Formula 350 the other day after being firebird-less for almost a year, so I know how exciting it can be! Congrats!

Ummm, pretty nice. Thats the same price I spent for mine, but with some cosmetic damage under the bra( getting painted this summer) and leaky t- tops. Good deal.

Haha thanks, I always wanted one too. Plans... hmm gonna keep it stock for the most part. New ceramic coated headers going on soon(they have been sitting around for the last 2 years unused) stock is still on the car. I want too keep the same stock color. Tan leather/cloth interior, maybe find some 4th gen Tan Leather seats to go in. I will have to get a new dash. Headliner is in great condition.

I always loved the ram air hoods, but I think the 500-800$ it would cost to get the airbox and the hood would probably be better spent somewhere else on the car.

Upgrade the stock brake system most likely...

Give me some ideas, what would you do?
