need a billet grill inert for ram air hood ???

i have a ZLI hood for my z28 and need a billet grill insert for the opening of the ram air. any ideas where to find one???

Might want to stop by your local hardware store[Lowes,Home Depot ect]and look at different things they have.

nope the only thing around in ohio is Summit and they suck they don't have anything!

hey firehawk what is the one in akron? i could look up in the phone book for the numbers of the ones in Pa-not sure if that much will be in are book for akron though. its like a hour to get to both from my house i live in youngstown.

you could give trenz a try, they will make custom one-off billet grilles for anything for only a fraction more than non one-offs

and if you still cant get in touch with them, call godfathers@ 800-898-1240...they are the biggest authorized Trenz dealer

boardman-why you live around here? i rarely see firehawks around,i like them alot better than trans ams,better hood,wheels,exhaust,emblems! i rarely ever see ss's until just recently-when it has gotten warm. my buddies mom has a gm ss 2000 black,other friend has 97slp,to make a long story short i've seen alot around this area recently! wish i had a slp,but i love my z28 and never drive it so i would drive the ss even less-94 z28 30k on mileage!!

well as of right now in storage it has a ZL1 ram air hood and i will have stripes painted on it that look like the slp-ss.my z is metalic burgundy with black racing stripes on hood ,etc. that would be cool i belong to the Northeastern Ohio Camaro Club

BTW,I only could dream of owning a newer Firehawk,yet alone a 91-92 Formula Firehawk

You could use some stainless steel or aluminum brake line tubing polished out to make your billet grille insert (if you're wanting a tube style one).
