Hey guys,
I am trying to figure out a paint scheme for my car. Well im thinkin of either Two tone like Jekyll & Hydes car with the 2005 Viper Copperhead orange metallic or a Metallic green. I would like to have a one of a kind camaro and i havn't really seen to many green ones. So if anyone can help me post some pics of some green Fbodys. Also let me know what you think would look best. i seen a lime green 88 iroc one time with black heritage strips it was fukin awesome lookin wish i had snagged a picture of it tho

 

Well i have thought about it but im still diggin the copperhead viper color. I have a mustang model that has one of the coolest green paint jobs ive seen. almost a bright candy apple green with black flames outlined by silver. I just think that the green and black 2 tone might kill the american muscle look of my Z28. Mabye a photo shop job could do some justice. -Matt

Here's a car I almost bought, I don't know if it was originally green though. It was an 89, needed a left side frame rail, and a lot of hopes and dreams..

No 3rd gen had anything near that color from the factory
There was a camaro on ebay recently near that color. It was pimped out and hideous but you could get an idea of the color on the body

Take a pic by a paint shop and see what they can tell you

Oh wow I can't believe I missed the lack of the T bar. I'm curious too as I've never found this pic in my search for a Targa top F-body.

Personally I'd go with a copperhead two tone paint scheme. I think it would stand out more and look great in the sun.

Are there any HOW-TO's on so called "Targa Tops" ?

 

yea somwhere in the body forums i believe some ppl have done it.

i think a brighter green would be pretty cool. orange is played out i think, especially the copper looking orange

GM code 45 posted twice in this thread, but still a beautiful car

 

Not a thirdgen, but it IS a stock Camaro color. This is just after we did the paint on my friends race car. It's 1969 Camaro Rallye Green code 79.
It is very close to the same as that Mustang model, and also to factory Mustang green for something like 02-04. She actually got samples of both and compared them, before picking the Camaro green since her car was that color originally.

 

one member on here has a really nice green thirdgen with an LS1 swap and Junkyard Dog wheels on it.. wish I could remember his nick.

 

this is my 92 camaro and it has a great green on it iv never seen a camaro this color green maybe once on this website some where but most the green f-bodys arnt this dark or there almost black this i think is the prefect shade of green and its one of my favrite things about my car

 

I always liked this green off the Mustangs.
