Hey what does everyone think? i wanted to do a bit of touching up, but not be rice at the same time.

 

oh, and dont mind the mats. just got the car from some kid who started to rice it out...good thing i got there in time

 

Doesn't look to bad actually.Not really my style but not bad either.I would definately loose the floor mats,get some black or red ones.

Wow...looks just like the way I helped my friend paint the interior of his '89 rustang. It actually looks much better in person. He had the same seat covers...the only thing different is that he had black floormats. Get black floormats...it will bring out the red on the dash more. Do not overdo the red though...trust me it will start looking bad if you do. He did end up painting the vents as well. They didnt come out bad at all. I kind of liked the way it looked in his car, but I would never do that to my '83 TA. I figured we were the only High School idiots to attempt to paint the interior of a car red. I guess not, and it actually looks pretty good.

The pic is kinda overdone. the stuff painted red is actually the same shade as the exterior paint. the pic was taken at night, so the camera kinda overdid the contrast. the only other pieces i plan on doing are the vents, just because i want a little more color and have to redue the foam pieces behind them anyway. thanks for the replies though.

 

looks good, but yeah lose the mats (as you said it is great that you got there in time enough to save it) the first thing i noticed was the "R" on the mats.

 

It looks ok,but lose the mats if they are loose.
