I'll admit to really, really liking how it looks, but I saw one built once and it was pure junk. Maybe it was just assembled poorly, but it was screaming "CHEAP". Most of the body panels looked like RTV was the only thing holding them in place. This particular model was a 100k mile 2.8 camaro, with a stock interior except for 2 red stripes painted onto the top dash pad. The body panels were just RTV'd to the side of the car. There was a tag on the side that said "blah blah blab blah Worth over $30,000, blah blab". I about crapped myself.

That one was probably just assembled poorly, I read how they do it and the body parts are supposed to REPLACE the existing ones not get slapped ontop. I dunno if i spent 5k on a body kit it better look like it does on thier website. ehehe

Yea i have to agree with the pissing away money thing. IT seems like an auful lot of money for such a cosmetic change. If i was gonna spend 5k id most likely blow it on a 350 and procharger first...

You guys should all ask your girlfriends or any chicks you know what they think of that kit? The grill looks like it would give very nice airflow to an intercooler(hmmm). I know my g/f likes my GTA, but she'd probably would "wet" herself if I pulled up in a car looking like that. for $30-40K you could build your own car that looks somewhat like a ferrari(at least exotic IMO) and could out run any factory supercar(viper, Z06, etc.) I think I'd make the car fast first, then put that kit on it afterwards. Gotta remember with fiberglass, it comes wavy and the entire car will need to be filled and sanded so figure ~$5000 for the paint job on top of the kit price. I liked the way it looked without the spoiler on that one guy's website, hopefully they'll make a different choice for the taillights as well.
