I've got a pic of mine, I'll try and get it scanned in tomorrow, I'll have to edit it a bit to show what a clean lookin one is like. My carpet and seats are faded(looks greyish) and I couldn't afford to replace them when I had my interior out, but I'll try to make it look as if it were fairly new.

My interior used to be the different shades of gray. I swapped it over to black and it looks awesome. I get lots of compliments on it and you don't see to many thirdgens with black interior. Just need to find some black leather seats to finish it up.

I have been looking for solid black seat covers like that for the longest time. I am in the middle of swapping my 2 tone gray interior in my TA for completely black. I have everything but seats. Now I am a little tight on $$$....so I am looking for cheap solid black seat covers to hold me over until I get my new seats. So where did you get them and how much were they? Let me know.

James

Ions, I got all the black plastic panels and arm rests from a wrecked camaro in a salvage for around 100 bucks. Got some of the panel interior plastic spray from www.nextgenparts.com to freshen them up, and also got a new headliner from them. I got a set of door panels from a local camaro/firebird shop here in town for 70. The carpet is a used set I got for 50, just cleaned really good. And the seats are the original ones. The front ones have cheap covers on them, while the back ones were spray dyed black ( since they don't get used ). In all I say I spent a total of $350 for all the parts and the little knick nacks and things.

Say "EVIL", How did you like that fabric spray dye. I was thinking about using some on my seats. I swapped out my tan interior for black with charcoal this summer. Looks great but I want to freshen up those '84 z28 seats with the spray dye but am skeptical. Can you give me more info on brand, finish, technique used, etc.? Thanks

I'm not sure how it would hold up to wear. It does make the material stiff. I just used in on the back seats cause it never gets used.
