I don't know about NC but I know in TX a car will not pass safety inspection without wipers. They don't have to work, just have to be present.

oh yeah im sure its the same here in NC...but i just got it inspected and where i go since i dont have to do emissions test....ive been going up there for 10 years with this car so they just give me the inspection without even looking.

plus I go against the grain and not with it!....LOL

Had to put arms on, there are sliding clips underneath at the heads, very hard to remove I found. Hope I don't have to take them off. The arms pop on over a splined looking shaft/head and there is a clip that slides into place to lock them.

Sooner or later you'll get caught in the rain. Deleting the wiper will probably make you illegal.

Use Rainex

I kept my windshield wipers too. I did delete the AC and Heat though. The wipers are nice, Went with the wipers with the fluid ports onboard instead of down on the cowl. Work Nice
