Axle/Gears: 3.27 Posi with 4 wheel disc brakes
Gas mileage--Not that any of us really care but whats the best youve seen?
I drove to Spokane last weekend (560 miles roundtrip) and was expecting to see 18 or so mpg....I was really suprised to find out my 5.7 litre IROC with 3.27 gears is getting 25 mpg! To compare my mom's 2002 subaru outback (small 4 cylinder engine producing 165 hp) gets 26 mph and she drives like a grandmother!!
Anyway, I was just curious for those of us that actually track gas mileage what is the best youve seen?

My son's 87 V6 bird gets 24 to 25 mpg in mixed driving.

Hell my 07 g6 4 cylinder only get like 17 miles to the gallon. Current my camaro gets no miles to the gallon.

I have a 355 TPI,built 700r4, and a 4:56 
rear in my 57' Chevy, it gets 21 mpg on the freeway !!!

87 Firebird, LG4 engine, Auto trans, 2.73 rear gears, 21-22 mpg, 25-26 hwy mpg, 19 mpg if I drive it hard.
