Have any of you ever seen a third gen cop car still in use? We have one here in my hometown. They usually bring it out just for special occasions but I saw it cruising around the other day and took some pics so you could check it out. Its not the best looking one but its still pretty cool. If you guys have seen any, throw some pics up!

 

Well, its not a B4C car, its probably a seized car from a drug dealer or something.

There used to be one running around here, but I'm sure its long since retired.

 

Use to see one on the Don Valley Parkway by Richmond St. in Toronto doing radar way back in the day.
I believe someone has bought it and shows it at Canadian Camaro Nationals.
Ill see if I could find some pictures.

Here is Pflugerville, they have an early 2000's v6 mustang DARE care they use for parades and to take to the schools. dont know why they dont get a real police car

 

I saw a busted up berlinetta cop car in elroy texas. he was just sittin on the side of the road and turned out to be shooting radar. It had lights in the three holes in the grill. It looked like **** but ran pretty good.

yeah the first car is definitely not a b4c. they never made any with t-tops and the package was available on 91-92 cars only but that looks like an 85-90 z28/iroc. i have an old idaho state police car sitting outside right now. i'll draw a mental picture for you. imagine a black 91 rs. ok you got it? good. pretty sweet huh.

 

It is not far from there. It's just off 96 a couple miles before 96 and 69 merge. Diamondale MI (southwest Lansing)

i have an ex-UHP (Utah Highway Patrol) car... 92 B4C/1LE 5.0 TPI 5 speed(now a 6 speed) its awesome when people think its just a v6 RS or a TBI RS...

soon to be a 355TPI or maybe an LT1

 

Brookfield IL has a REALLY nice 91 Vert that they have in service.

Yes, they drive it with the roof down, in spring and summer only

My Z28 was a subsidized police car. Here on Oahu after 5 years on the force you can buy a car, it has to be on the list of cars they can use as a subsidized vehicle. Its your patrol car when they are working & their own personalized car when they are off. They can only use it for 10 years though & have to buy a new one.

In between the first set of two brackets you "declare" that you start the URL to an image by typing this -> img

In between the second set of brackets you declare that there comes the end of the URL by starting with a forward slash, followed by the image code, which looks like this -> /img

As said, squared brackets required to make these codes work.
The codes themselves are interchangable for quotes and some other nifty tricks.

There is a black 92 camaro here its just a dare car tho.The oddest car they have here is a c4 corvette.

 

The lesson is: kids, if you deal drugs you'll be able to get a sweet Camaro. Just don't let the cops catch you!

I have a 91 z Texas undercover police car that was auctioned off after use. Some local got it and another just like it and I ended up with one about 8 years ago. It still has the high beam wig wags and siren. The switches are under the seat side panel under the electric seat controls. It also has remote entry, doors auto lock when started, auto unlock when turned off as well as film time run switch for the passenger side fan. It's really cool. I was told only 50 of them were made like this. I would like to find out how to get papers on that. Any ideas?

I have a red Dare Firebird somewhere on my computer also.

 

Honolulu PD still has one of their original 1992 B4C cars, fresh paint and jazzed up decals, but still in service. They use it for special occasions and paraded, pretty cool.
