Split loom, wire loom, corrugated wire loom, etc. Available just about anywhere.

It comes in chrome as well, but I wouldn't use it. I've seen it on show cars and it looks cheap as hell.

its also available in different temperature ratings. the cheap stuff you get at the local parts stores will melt if its anywhere near, or even remotely close to the exhaust.

Re: what's the name of this stuff?
Problem with getting it at the auto parts store is that it's usually only one size, 1/4". There's complete kits on eBay in pretty much all colors that will replace all of the loom on the harness. You don't need anything larger than 1". There's also sleeving on there that will withstand engine bay temps up to 600*F, whereas the plastic garbage is only good for about half that, if you plan on doing any serious upgrades that will increase underhood temps.
Your loom looks a lot better than mine did... Mine was in zillions of pieces, leaving a lot of the harness exposed. Right now, I'm using the plastic loom in red, will probably upgrade to the 600* stuff in the future due to past problems down by the starter and exhaust manifolds.
