LED Bulb for front turn/parking lights - Fit Issues
LED Bulb for front turn/parking lights - Fit Issues
I was going to replace the bulbs in the front parking/turn signals with a 2057 bulb from Superbrightleds.com BUT the bulb wont fit. Part of the bulbs circut bord wont allow the bulb to fit properly into the socket.
Anyone have success with another LED bulb that I shouold try? v-leds, ebay, etc?

85 IrocZ - The housings are the stock front turn/ parking lights and the issue is when trying to put the bulb into the socket you can not push it in far enough to turn and lock it in place because part of the LED bulb is just a bit to wide and dosent allow you to push it down enough.

Exactly what I had planned to do. I dremmeled one socket I had on another harness, but that just melts the plastic. What I figured was a 13/16 (diameter of the V-Star circuit) drill bit on medium speed to prevent melting, and go down about 1/8".

Which LEDs did you get, and did you get thems to work? Have you done all of the external (Signal/marker/tail/reverse) lights? If so, were they bright enough?
