So what's the deal with the 10% off? So I can order my parts and tell them that I am part of the camaroz28.com website and give them that number and they will take 10% off. Let me know for sure. I would love to order and save$$.

Thanks

Hehehe, maybe I'll be getting my exhaust a lil early seeing as you've given my a 10% off opportunity. Can't decide between Hooker or SLP Catback, just wish I could hear the SLP first.

All I can tell you about the SLP is at idle is sounds weak. It has a deep deep sound, but very quite. When you get on it, it is a different story. It might not be as loud as a flowmaster or anything, but the sound is much much better in my opinion. I'm going to try and get a sound clip one day. But by then I might have my B&B on.

Does it sound worse than the stock exhaust?

Looks stupid huh? I have to disagree with you on that. I think it looks good and it performs better than any of those fake dual setups. Give it some time to break in, it will get much much louder. I know mine did.

BTW here's a sound clip for those that wanted one click here. This was a month after I bolted it on, and its now much louder 9 months later. And my sound card messed up some of the sound but you'll get the idea.

I wish I had the money for the SLP headers and Catco cat...damn Damn ****

HG, no it's much louder than stock. As for the sound file above, mine sounds alot different. I think that is really close to the muffler. I'm running no cats with it. Mine doesn't sound quite as deep, but that is some idea.

How did you get ripped off? It sounds much deeper and at WOT much louder than any stock muffler could ever be. Look stupid? Cause it doesn't have chrome tips? You should have known when you bought it, that it had two tips on one side. It's all personal opinions though. Hopefully you've sold it to someone who will like it.

HG, I've never heard the hooker, otherwise I would give you the differences. I can tell you when I first got it, I was amd that it was so quite. It gets much louder quickly. It has a very deep sound, I've never had anyone tell me it was a bad sound. Quite, yes, but sounds bad never.
