very nice car, unprofessional looking text placement, rear blackouts look cheap. I like the no spoiler becaue its different. Maybe you could put a '86-'90 TA/GTA/Formula wing on/

I like the no spoiler. It reminds me of CalRoc's car. I'm not too fond of the blackouts though. Overall, I like it quite a bit.

Next time I do my IROC I may do a California IROC package look-alike. I'd get a base model hood and remove my spoiler. Anyway, enough of my babble. It looks good!

I find the blackouts to be a great appearance mod. However, with the rest of the car being black I would take off the white lettering on them, that's what I did.

yes that was my 89 camaro i put the solid chevy symbol on the back cuz i havent seen anyone else do it yet everybody else has the outlined one which i dont like im thinking about putting a black one on my car

the black outs werent cheap they were like 70 or 80 dollars, and the text was indeed very unprofessional tas but im not trying to impress you either

hey man, stick with the blackouts, they look sweet. anybody who says different obviously either hasnt seen a black 3rd gen w/blackouts in person or they just dont know style when it punches them in the knee wish i still had my blackouts on, but some ******* stole one of them when i was at work. oh and i will say, do take off the stickers on them with a little razor blade, makes them look awesome.

i was thinking about putting silver stripes on it but i think im going to just black it out and instead of cowl induction i think it would look better in my opinion to leave the spoiler off and put a fourth gen style ss hood on it or the big block stinger hood

Dude, don't touch a thing. All-black 'Maros look tough as he11. The SS or Stinger hoods won't look as good on a black cars 'cause you can't see the grills.
The only thing i might do to it is some clear front marker lights (Don't flame me by calling it Rice)

hey wait a minute! my car was just outside! No really, nice car, mines almost (key word "almost") the exact same, '92 Black RS with t-tops, z-28 grill and foglights. I had thought about taking off the spoiler, and now that I know what it looks like, I like it, it looks pretty sweet. I thought about the tail-light blackouts but Im still not sure about those. Im still torn between just repainting my hood or getting the ASCD Big block hood, I kinda want to keep the body stock, but at the same time I don't want it to be like every other camaro. atleast Ive got the LT1 Im also considering getting the 18" Irocs, those look great, especially on a black car. One thing Im working on right now is the DRL module some of the guys have been talking about, I cant wait to get that finished. after that, Im going to use smoke plexiglass to black out the parking lights and side markers. but nice car again, its nice to know there are other good looking black ones out there.

SpeedCat, dont worry about clear markers being called rice, if anyone does they're f****** idiots because thats really sweet, especilly clear parking lights, but in my opinion I think blacked out looks better on a black car than clear does. but then again thats just me.

Bad@ss, I was also thinking about silver stripes, but I think if I get them Im going to do ghost stipes, I think the silver stands out too much by itself.
