Window Fogs Easily + Won't Start When Warm

Well, I was going to the car show tonight and noticed my windshield was fogging up really bad. I put my fingers on it and noticed it was on the inside and the outside. I went back home and got some windex and sprayed both inside and outside and it still does it. It doesn't fog when the A/C's not on, so I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem? After all that was taken care of, it wouldn't start! That ticked me off so bad! The thing is, there's no electricity getting to the starter. I know that b/c the lights don't dim down when I try to start it. So I let it sit for 20 minutes and it started right up. Does anybody else's car do that? Please help me, I'm missing cruise night! Could it be heat related?

The fogging up of the inside could be due to a bad heater core.
The car not starting could be a VATS issue, I am not sure if the condesation from the heater core, if it is bad, is causing the sensor that reads the chip on the key to not function correctly.
Check the passenger side floor board to see if there is any moisture there.

with the windows, have you recently armorall'd the inside of the car? because i did that in the winter and that happened to me, but it does sound like a heater core problem.

I really don't wanna mess with the heater core. I have noticed that there is a hissing noise coming from the back of the air controls. Do you think a loose vaccum line would cause a door in the heater core to not shut? If all else fails, I'll probably just block the vent or make a deflector. What do you guy's think?
