Finally.....In the Body Shop!!!
Well here is how she sat until today:

She has come a long way in a few short months, & today I officially dropped her off in the body shop for a fresh paint job!!! It will take about 2 weeks (due to the Thanksgiving Holiday). Can't wait to get her back!!!!
On a side note, my starter took a crap at the body shop.....I had to help push her in....
I will be by tomorrow with a replacement starter.
I have a new bow-tie grill, new driving lights, & I will also have the headlight buckets done in semi-gloss black.

Re: Finally.....In the Body Shop!!!
Things I need to finish her after the paint job:
1. New plugs, wires, cables, cap & rotor.
2. New interior carpet.
3. New front suspension (tie rods, pitman arm, etc...) She does have new springs & shocks
4. New front brake pads
5. Fix Gauge cluster
That pretty much sums it up & then she will run just fine. At least until something breaks.....LOL

Re: Finally.....In the Body Shop!!!
Hello to all, here is an update.

Sorry for the crappy camera pics, but you get the idea. She should be all done by this coming Friday 12/16. The car (body) was sprayed after I took the pics. Tomorrow she should get wet sanded/buffed, then re-assembly starts. Can't wait!!!

Re: Finally.....In the Body Shop!!!
Disclaimer: This guy is a close friend of a friend of mine. This is probably a $5,000 + paint job (He removed everything!!! painted things individually, wet sanded buffed, replaced a door, molding, etc....)
That being said, it was $3,300. Again I consider this a STEAL at this price. I got 4 more quotes & each was over $4,500 for the work I wanted done.
