not to sound $hitty, i'm the reason my friend bought your tires. When he has tires that you originally claimed to be perfect, i'll apologize.

I like that particular shade of yellow. I know GM used a shade of yellow they called Jamaca Yellow for awhile that was just awful. It was too faded or something.
A black and yellow car like yours looks great. The tires and bra and everything contrast perfectly. It's like a giant killer bumble bee, or banana monster!
Hey, what year is that model?

I'm going to have to disagree with you all on this one. I think those yellow letter tires look awesome on his yellow iroc. Yellow is the only exception for those tires. They go with the color scheme of the car, The front grille also has a yellow bow-tie. Nice iroc, it reminds me of my "restricted childhood" when i was 16 i found a yellow iroc with a 305tpi for sale for $1300. This guy bought it at an auction for his daughter and she wouldn't drive it because of the color. My parents wouldn't let me get it because they thought i'd kill myself

1. information
2. opinions
If you can't handle somebodys opinion, then maybe you shouldn't be on here. Expect to receive critism all your life. Its your choice on how you take it. I choose to be honest and give people my opinion instead of biting my tounge. Otherwise, i feel like I havn't done my part in sharing my opinion. Like I said, if you can't handle information and opinions, then the internet isnt for you.

It's not the "say something good or say something at all" deal that we are talking about.
My car is a bone stock 87 sport coupe. Stock wheels where the paint is coming off. Rebuilt 305 needs paint. Pick on my all you want, because I love critism. Tell me its a piece of ****. I dont care because I will use your thoughts to improve it. How about this:
I think the tires are tacky. Whatever floats your boat, but I disapprove of them.
There. Does that not hurt anyones feelings? Im sorry, but you will be dealt a ton of critism in your life. Use it to your advantage, and dont let people get you down. I don't.
Also, don't act like a kindergarten teacher. If I state my opinion, dont tell me im doing it wrong. If you dont like it, tough. Why should I change my opinion to suite your feelings. It's called "tough love" if you get what im saying. I meant to offend nobody, so please, take me serious. I can see where my statement was a little out of line, but I thought we all could see on a plain level. I didn't mean to bend anybody out of shape. I think the car if freakin awesome. Very Very clean, but I just dont like the tires. Its not rice, its not foreign. I just dont like them.
There. Hopefully, everybody is satified.

"i don't like them" is one thing..... "tacky as hell" is another. anyone could understand why i'd say keep those comments to yourself. there are always those few that have to find a reason to put someone elses ride down. Then you see their ride... you think to yourself, how can you make negative comments towards mine when yours resembles the toilet paper after I've done wiped my *** with it.

Sorry, it just seemed that you were saying that you didn't want any negative feedback. I like your car, just not the yellow raised letter tires. I merely said that they looked kinda retro.

Tell about it Diabolical! I just can't wait for him to come to school and tell me about when he drove up on a curb. Those wheels will be so SCREWED! I've told him a thousand times and he doesn't listen. Stupid people must learn.
To yellowiroc: I complemented you on your car. I said it was clean, sweet, everything else. I apologized for the "tacky as hell" comment. What else do you want from me? Damn man...the tires arn't for me, but im not gonna say I like them because I don't. To each his own, and if you like them, thats all that matters. I again apologize for the "tacky as hell" comment because I didn't think it would really upset anybody.
BUT!
Then you make this comment:
"...Then you see their ride... you think to yourself, how can you make negative comments towards mine when yours resembles the toilet paper after I've done wiped my *** with it. "
Well, if im understanding this correctly, and maybe Im not, but you are ****talking about somebody elses car. Why should you dish it out if you can't take it?

did anyone ever look up the price on yellowiroc's tires??
EEEEEEK!!!! ExPeNsIvE!!!!
well obviously he really wanted them because
a. they are awesome tires (if nascar's logo is on them, they better be)
b. the yellow letters compliment his car
c. to do somethimg different yet cool
I think they look good. I once saw them on a older s-10, and I wanted to b1tch-slap him because they were on a crappy s-10, but they look good on his car.
