what color chould this be ???

I have a wrap around spoiler and it was in GREAT shape untill this summer it got a split in it,rust in it I guess.
Anyway my question is when I replace it should I do it in blue, or black like it is now,If I go with a fiberglass spoiler it will have to be painted but I'm afraid if I do it in black it will look like I took it off another car and stuck it on there.I like the way it looks now but which spoiler should I get,,another like I have or a 4th gen. that I also like alot,,but I cant decide.
Opinions please,,??

I'd also get the 4th gen wing instead of the aerowing like you have now. No matter what wing you get, paint it body color, I think it looks so much better.

If your original spoiler is black then its one of few that actually came that way, rather unique in itself. If it were me I'd stick with the factory look since more cars now are burdened with tacky changes then all-original cars.

Like Drew said, you should keep it black. I think it looks very good and not very many were black, just about all were the color of the car......

I read somewhere that Pontiac only used black aero spoilers in 85 & 86, but they're not abs plastic like the later third gens. I believe the spoilers in 85 & 86 were polyurethane. My car is dark blue with silver gfx. I think the black spoiler looks pretty good on it. Everybody is entitled to their opinion though.

I would stick w/ the stock black spoiler (repro or new) I like the factory look. Your car has a nice look to it.
