I have been cruising around my city lately and I have noticed only two of these. Ones a white truck the other is a eclipse. They are two LED lights mounted on the hood. In my case they are both blue and are evenly spaced. Just what are these and where could I find some? I dont consider them rice. I probably might get a neon license plate frame too. But uhh staying away from huge wing tips and fart pipes all together. We dont need them on Thirdgens

is it the wiper fluid sprayers? some cars/trucks have them on the hoods. for vehicles that have them on the hood, you can buy aftermarket replacements that have lights on them. IMO i'd stay away from them a) because i think they look queer b) because we don't have wiper fluid sprayers on the hood.

They are also illegal if they are red or blue(only emergency vehicles can have red lights in the front, and only police can have blue). Different colors can also be illegal, depending on how many other forward facing lights you have on your car (headlights, foglights, turn signals, etc). I know that people in some areas of TX get tickets for these things too.

And yeah... they are little LED's mounted inside the bubbles that spray the washer fluid on some cars... which 3rd gens don't have.

Are you talking about the license plate neon frame? I dont think that would classify as rice. Cuz Thirdgen owners have neon undercarriage lights. I think that looks pimp.

These are primarily on import cars, available in all colors, and annoying as heck. Dont waste your $$

 

I think those are a great idea...for the guy who invented them. Think about how cheap they must be to produce, and how many kids are willing to spend twenty or thirty bucks to have them. Let's think...what car part could I put lights in and then sell to a kid with a Civic? Hmmm...

 

Ya thats what I think "Its play time" Unless its raining out then our cars are so light that we get no traction what so ever.
I like to play with them on the highway when I see em, I go slow, let them pass, get even drop into 3rd and waste them. HAHA.
