I've never heard of a combat wing. Do you mean the cammando wing from Wings West?

 

If it's what I think it is, it makes a camaro look like something along the lines of a supra. I saw what would have been a really nice dark red z28 but it had a wing and then tiger stripes down the side. Absolutly ruined it in my opinion.

Those style wings are designed to increase HP on imports. The flux capacitor in our cars doesn't mesh with the wings assimilation matrix, hence you need a adapter. I think summit sells one.

 

Well now, if you rotate the dilytom crystals to point two percent and install the wing witha g type matrix and reset the proton intake with your yo dude exhaust system it shoudl increase HP onb our cars by 100hp. Not bad for some smiple work on the warp drive.

Errr, I don't think any thirdgens around here are going to be seeing time in Afghanistan or Detroit, so the need for a "combat" wing is highly reduced...

I agree with Abubaca . I just like to BS every once in a while. I really don't think it would look to good but hey who knows. If you like it buy it and put it on your car so we can see it then we can decide if it looks good or not. I mean someone has to be the Brave one! You might even start a new fad!

You mean something like this? I snapped this here around town... thank the good Lord he got some sense and took this off! Maybe it had to do with the fact that he saw some guy taking pictures of it while he was looking out the window at work, and laughing his butt off with his freinds about it. BTW this is not a Trans am. Its a V6 5speed firebird with T/A GFx. I've heard he's painted his interior all yellow recently but haven't seen it.

Wow, that 2nd to last pic is one of the crappiest pieces of crap I have ever seen. I thought the 95ish Firebird with the high rise aluminum wing where I live was bad. If I ever see that car with my digital camera I'll get a pic of it. In response to the comabt wing, do what you like, it's your car, but don't get upset when a lot of people give you negative opinions on it. It's just way out of place to me.

Yeah, I am an ***. Most people don't realize how good at it i actually am. But, like you said, he dosen't have it anymore, and took the wing off a long time ago anyway. I never called him dumb or anything, yeah its quite possible he knows more about cars n stuff than I do, I'm just saying I disagree with the style he's choosing to pursue and the quality of the execution. I'm open season if anybody dislikes anything I do to my car. We all have the right to do whatever the ---- we want to our cars, and of course we'll all have different opinions because we're all different people. Yeah, I agree with Dave about that car being the most white trashed p.o.s I have ever seen. I will not stick up for Ken's peice of junk.

See we all hang out during the summer at a parking lot by the movie theatre, we have like 30 cars there some nights, and one of these visits he was power braking around corners trying to squeal his tires. Really, we are serious about cars there, moslty 14-high 12 second cars make up about 75% so we don't really put up with stupid crap like Kens car, which Dave forgot to mention has a Corvette emblem on the hood, racing pins on the stock hood, a crooked stripe that looks exactly like duct tape, and stock exhaust that was bent to come out under the passenger side door with a chrome autozone tip.

Funny story while I am ripping on this car, is that one night while trying to show off he was driving by us and someone got infront of him and actually pissed on the hood of his car. It was great. Then one night, he was driving with someone else and left his keys in the car, I took off and floored it (I ran faster in track then his car does!! )

Anyways, i think he got the message and we haven't seen him in awhile.

 

And Syxx Never to be see again! Damn you guys are mean!LMAO

Yeah, i was with dave when he took those pictures, we were all laughing at it. I thought about blowing the car up to put it out of its misery. A third gen shouldn't deserve that.

Now Mikey... I think you're overestimating how fast everyone's cars are... I don't think any of us out there have 12 second cars. The LT1 and LS1 cars are the fastest guys next to the bikes, and even they just have cat-backs and power programmers really. You wanna go hang with the FAST guys you gotta head over to Pekin, 14-sec car is slow with those guys!
