Hmm...is this a complete figment of his imagination, or was this a Canada only thing? Or a dealer group thing?

 

One of the local chev dealers here was tossing decals on regular Camaros and hawking them as Z-27s

 

Where do they grow these guys?

I looked z27 up here in the forums. It looks as if it was a Canada thing. General consensus is, is that it was a dealer only option. They had a limited run up in Canada. A base camaro 2.8l with iroc chassis upgrades. That, of course was from forum members, so it could be total bs, but interesting none the less.

 

Wait until they get a load of my Z 29...

So Z 29 it is. Although technically, I probably could call mine a Z 27 seeing that it's a sport coupe with a reinforced frame and 350. Plus, I AM Canadian.

No. I have the only Z 29! (But a Berlinetta with a 454 would be pretty cool. Talk about a sleeper.)
