Should be a great looking Camaro. Are you painting it yourself in your shop/garage?

If so, please share you air compressor specs and painting set-up. Thanks!

Wow. Looking good. I always wonder how people keep track of what goes where to put it all back together.

Stuff usually only goes back together one way. I always find re-assembly easier than disassembly.

Ha ha. True on the reassembly. I get worried about putting same screw back in same hole. That's a little harder to keep track of. Especially when all of them are out!

You might consider at least lossening the front and rear bumper mounting bolts so you can pull them apart from the fenders slightly. It will give you at least a little gap. If you fill the gap between the bumper and fender with paint you run the risk of the paint cracking, chipping or flaking at the edges where they met if they ever get moved or flexed.

We used many "labeled" zip lock bags to keep track of every little piece.

There you go again Tibo. All he has to do is run a q-tip filled with some silicone in the crack
(everyone else ignore that inside joke )

Photos would probably be handy too.

Re: Primed and getting ready for paint

Any pics of your set up? I tried it that way once, but I had better results in the garage with a different set up... And I had a bit more room when it came to painting the sides.

Next time I do it will be in a different garage (I moved) or possibly in an actual paint booth at work!
