The Auction ID is in the screen capture and the auction's website shows the VIN. It's a 1985 Trans Am.
A concept/prototype car normally can't just be put up for sale to the public due to regulations and liability, let alone have a clear title to be registered and driven on the road as this car shows. So since this is a Youtuber, they're doing the normal hype for clicks with their thumbnail and story. Could be a movie car, unrelated to ThirdGen's history, or simply could be someone's custom car.
