Well some people (those without t-tops ) complains that they easily leak and makes the body not as stiff as it would be without t-tops..
I personaly like them alot.

I dont have them I have a crapy sun roof (some ones bright idea of kewl). The basic battle is "It makes your car more bendable, more play....bla bla bla." I personally think they dont matter much for the stiffness of the car. I mean yeah if you have like 400+ ponies it could be a problem when you launch. But for a normal car with some mods I dont really see a problem. But then again I aint no rocket scienctist . Another problem people say is they leak but anygasket that is 10 years old + that hasnt been taken care of will leak. If I didnt have the sun roof I would have them put in....Hell I found a company that iwll put on a new top that has a T tops. Something I think about......for later down the line....................much lata. Bye the way.....nice clean car.

They're good for getting girls, but when you got one, all they do is b!tch about how the wind is messing up their hair and they roll up the windows. Not like it happens to me though.

They make the cars look better, and they're cool.

Of all the millions of cars built and sold each year, look how few have open tops, whether it be t-tops or convert. When you have your tops off, it seems that everyone out there gives you jealous looks. They wish they were the ones having fun with the wind blowing through their hair. Its a free spirit kind of thing.

Leaking tops is a thing that will eventually happen, but is also pretty easily fixed. Anyone that complains about that should just stay away from t-tops. They just don't understand, and they probably never will.

Mark is 100% correct in his assessment too

crack

Here's another crack in the rear floor--behind the driver seat-just in front of the rear driver side lower seat cushion.

That's a pretty nasty crack. T-Tops can be cool, but it's just one more thing that can go wrong with your car. It's all preference I guess.
My car's a hard-top, which is what I was looking for when I was searching for an F-Body. I prefer not having the sun shine right down on me when I'm cruzing around.

I'm all about the Ttops, I might not have bought my if it didn't have them. Its not that hard to get them to stop leaking if you know how/where to seal and nothing is cracked. I use so much hair gel my hair dosent even move at 65 MPH with with the tops off and no girls have objected yet
