Man, I love those leather seats. Makes me want to switch my cloth tans ones out for leather.
BTW, is there any way to tighten the headrests? The one on my passenger side always sinks down to the lowest setting.

Beautiful car! Congrats on finding another great example of the breed.
Those tips look like the ones that come with the Borla system. Is it so equipped?

Congratulations! I was watching the auction and drooling over it. I am glad it went to an enthusiast and not a dealer who will just flip it.

That is a beautiful time capsule but it needs its badges back real bad.
I can't buy nice cars like that because I'd end up sealing it up in a bag, I'd never touch it, wonder why I have it and not drive it, realize I cant drive it the way I like to, decide to sell it so I can buy some junk I can thrash. That's how I roll.

Maybe I have pedestrian tastes. Some people will laugh when I say it. But there really isn't another car that I've ever liked better. Not for any price. Not saying it's the best car ever, it's not. But to my eyes, it is the best looking. That front end is automotive design perfection.

My brother (also a Lifetime Car Guy) AND I, have done very well with BAT! (See my Aqua 1966 AMC Marlin)
I recommend BAT to all those w/ nice, older vehicles.
I did not know the Pic would be so large. Sorry.

I don't think I've ever seen one of those before. AMC Marlin. That is pretty unique.

Re: 88 GTA - 16,700 mile original - my new addition
So here is a lesson learned TIP about using BAT - when they list a car for sale with a reserve bid, during the bidding, when the reserve has been met, THEY DONT TELL YOU
So you think, well, if the reserve is met, they will alert me of that (like they do at Mecum or BJ auctions) NOPE, they never say the "reserve is off" so if you keep bidding, wondering where the reserve is at
YOU MAY JUST WIN THE CAR.....now ask me how I know its in the pictures here

I do like the "face" on these cars. But it's the bug catching-est son of a gun I've ever owned.
