does anyone know where i can send off my 92 camaro rims to get polished or chromed?
I am interested in doing the same thing to my IROC rims. I have only gone to Big O Tires and they said it would come out to $800 for a set. I am not going to do it for a while because I thought it would be cheaper, but I guess this will give you an idea to start off with.

try www.salesco.com they told me $65 each for polishing, but what hurts is the shipping, round trip to California and back is around $100. also try www.4chromewheels.com and www.chromeyourwheels.com most places I found is around $600 to chrome

Chevy magazines sell brand new ones for $800. I would think the extra money for new ones would be a better deal. And getting them polished doesn't look as good as chrome, correct me if I'm wrong. Hopefully next summer I'll buy a set.
It was $800 for mine back in '92. If you have yours done, make sure to demand that the polish job be top quality. I have seen way too many plating jobs where the polishing sucked, especially in the corners, and it really detracts from the smooth and shiny look. One thing about having yours done, is that they are factory wheels, don't know if that matters to you or not. I purchased a pair of 18" IROC wheels for the rear of my Camaro last summer (keeping 16" up front), and they look like they are quite good quality, but I haven't mounted them yet.
