hey guys, let me know what you think about my car.

It was a 89 RS red with the 305 tbi, Now it is viper blue with
92 25th anniversary badging, ground f/x, and 350 TPI.

I have put some work into it with the motor and color change,
I swapped the complete interior too.

Now I need to do some mods to the motor. It is stock, except for a mallory dist cap and rotor button. What do you guys suggest.

Thanks for any help.

Its still an 89 RS. It will never be a 25th anniversary Z28, so I don't agree with the badging even if you do have a 350 and upgraded to the 92 ground effects. Other than that, looks clean. Most cars I see with full body stripes, I hate, but this one doesn't look bad at all.

DUDE, normally I am not a fan of those style of stripes, but how can you put down a bad *** car.

That thing is really tight. More pictures

Sweet car; I love how the stripes go INTO the grille area, not just on the surface. It's all paint, isn't it? Did you do the paintjob?

yeah, Me and my bother-in-law painted it. We did a red with black strips 91 Rs just before we did mine. Thats the reason I wanted to change the color.

Vortech305 , What sticker. Every thing you see on the front is paint, The strips and bowtie are paint, We sprayed the white then we taped it off and shot the blue.

As for the pics. I took them with a digital camera saved them to disk, and loaded it into my A drive. when you go to post , go to the bottom of the screen and find browse, click on it then bring up my computer, A drive with the disk in and attach what pic you want.

As for it not being a 25Th thats alright with me, If I sold it I would tell who was buying it that it is realy a RS.
Besides I dont have any complant when the insurance bill comes and it is for like no money and shows RS.

Thats money saved to spend on the motor.

I dont have and pics of under the hood yet. I have some plans for that. As soon as I get done I will post them.

I think I have some more pics of the outside though.

The last one. The sun was shinning and was hard to take the pics

These were took feb 9, It was warm here and I had just change the oil. The car had been setting under the car port at my house for like 4 months. I need a car cover, can anyone suggest a good one. It will be in the dry, I just need to keep dust and the neighbor hood cats off it.

Sweet car bluegrassz, I especially like your grille treatment. Have you done anything with the interior yet?

I think you should call it what it really is in your sig though, and not claim it as a '92.

Bluegrassz, I know a site right up your alley. www.kyfbodies.org
Check it out I would suggest a new cam and ported heads ala a guy in the louisville area. He has the fastest heads cam LS1 in KY. It runs 11 sec times and he does bad burnouts. His name is Joe Riggs. If you want your car to be bad a$$ Try that.

Good sight. I will have to check it out more when i have the time.

I thought about porting the heads and doing a 3-angle valve job. but wasnt sure if it is worth it on the stock heads.

As for the cam Im all for it but and not sure which one to get.

looks pretty good, give it a 2" cowl and some ROH wheels, (ZS) and it will be perfect.
