gila tint and parking light question

Doe sanyone know if Gila brand window tint is any good? I know 3M is the best, but I can't find it around anywhere here. Anyone know a national dealer that carries it?

Also, I want my parking lights to match my headlights. Can I just replace the bulbs? They look clear when they're not on, but when you turn them on they're orangish, so I think it's just the bulb, is that the case?

You want clear parking lights? You can just replace the bulb to do that but I dunno why you'd wanna do that...

Did you try getting 3M tint directly from 3M?

Gila tint sucks. That is the famous purple crap you see on alot of cars window. Gila tint is a dyed film as opposed to a quality tint like 3M or Mattico (sp?) which is a metalized film that doe not change color.

For the frusteration/quality/warrenty, it's more worth having a pro shop do it IMO. I did my beater with 5% gila just to do it & if I were to do it over, it's one of the few things I'd be willing to pay someone else to do to my car.
